The latest Rover 400 Series has evolved a stage further to give you still more of the distinctive power, elegance and authority of the marque. Subtle enhancements to styling are crowned by the fitment of the classic Rover grille. Powerful looks are accompanied by exhilarating new levels of performance, with the introduction of the new Rover 420 GSi Sport Turbo - fitted with a specially developed 200PS version of Rovers turbo-charged T-series engine. From the same stable come the new Rover 420 models, with the 136 PS 2 Litre T-series engine; smooth, powerful and refined.
Giving sparkling performance full multi-point injection is now fitted to the acclaimed 1.4 K-series engine. Whilst a new, naturally aspirated diesel model - the Rover 418SLD - offers exceptional good fuel economy, couple with characteristic Rover refinement.
Naturally, all Rover 400 petrol models are now fitted with a standard catalyst, minimising exhaust emmisions. In addition, they are virtually CFC-free, with the latest step being the elimination of CFCs from the air-conditioning refrigerant.
The latest Rover 400 Series also incorporates state-of-the-art protection against the car thief, with a wealth of new security features, including a standard anti-theft alarm with engine immobilisation, locking wheel nuts where alloy wheels are fitted, and in-car audio that is clearly Rover-branded in addition to being security coded

Best of luck (and patience!)
